The purpose of this requirement is to provide the Hopi Health Care Center Radiology department with a 5-year maintenance service plan for FUGI CT equipment to include upgrades as needed.

RESEARCH TO DETERMINE COMPLAINCE WITH THE BUY INDIAN ACT AND DETERMINATION OF SETASIDE.

Background
The Hopi Health Care Center is seeking a contractor to provide a 5-year maintenance service plan for FUGI CT equipment. This requirement is part of the Indian Health Service's initiative to prioritize purchases from Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under the Buy Indian Act. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and necessary upgrades of the CT equipment used in the Radiology department, thereby supporting the healthcare needs of the community.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a comprehensive 5-year maintenance service plan for FUGI CT equipment, which includes:
