Hoosier NF Aluminum bed installation for Ford F-600

Background
The USDA Forest Service (FS) Hoosier National Forest has a requirement to install a new aluminum service body for a Ford F-600. The forest currently has a 2024 Ford F-600 4x4 that was delivered without a bed, with the intention of placing one after its arrival. The goal of this contract is to procure and install an aluminum service body onto the truck to enable it to be placed into service.

Work Details
The work involves procuring and installing an aluminum service utility body on EN4132, a Ford F-600 regular cab 4x4. The specifications for the service body include:
- Ability to tow a 30,000 lb. gooseneck trailer and 24,000 lb. bumper pull trailers.
- Low storage boxes located under the flat bed for clearance of the gooseneck trailer.
- An integrated aluminum headache rack to protect occupants in the truck cab.
- Installation must ensure that all wiring, backup camera, and fuel filling locations are operational before government takes delivery.

Deliverables include one fully functioning aluminum gooseneck service body installed on EN4132.
