Brief Explanation: The award decision was a result of evaluation in accordance with the solicitation posted to SAM.gov under FA930126Q0005, as well as the criteria described in the Amendment to FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation. The responses were evaluated in order beginning with the lowest price and proceeding until the determination was made that a response was both Technically Acceptable and had Exceptional' Past Performance. The technical evaluation reviewed whether the responses received were aligned with the solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. Those responses considered Technically Acceptable proceeded to the Past Performance evaluation where the responses and independent research results were evaluated in accordance with the definitions of recency, relevancy, and quality to determine the past performance rating. The evaluation ceased with Correct Clean LLC as it was the first response determined to have both an Acceptable technical response and Exceptional performance rating.
