(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is W912L5-24-Q-0008 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 dated January 22, 2024.

(iv) This is a total small business set-aside. NAICS code is 314999 All Other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills. Small business size standard is 550 employees.

(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired. See attached RFQ and purchase description.
