Description

Missile Defense Agency 29 August 2022 Contract Award Announcement

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded an Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA), in the amount of $723,885,000. This award is under the Homeland Defense Radar (HDR) multi-award Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity contract, HQ0147-18-D-0011. Under this UCA, the contractor will design, develop, and deliver the HDR-G radar system to Guam, including deployable and distributable arrays and mission support systems. The system shall provide a 360-degree autonomous and cued acquisition, and persistent precision tracking and discrimination to enhance the layered defense of Guam. The work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey. The period of performance is 29 August 2022 through 30 September 2027. One offer was solicited and one offer was received. Fiscal 2022 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds in the amount of $14.2M are being obligated on this award. The Missile Defense Agency, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the Contracting activity (HQ0862-22-F-0007).
