Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT) services to support the diagnosis of Veteran beneficiaries at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive HSAT services that enhance patient care and streamline diagnostic processes for sleep apnea.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required to deliver HSAT services.

Key tasks include:
1. Provision of HSAT equipment compatible with Somnoware software for use by Veteran beneficiaries for 1 to 3 nights based on physician consultation.
2. Collection and scoring of sleep study data by certified sleep technicians.
3. Availability of sleep test scores and data through a web-based system for review by JJP VAMC physicians.
4. Equipment must include an operator's manual and troubleshooting guidance.
5. The Contractor is responsible for repeating sleep studies at no additional cost if devices yield unsatisfactory results or fail to transmit data.
6. Delivery of HSAT equipment directly to Veterans' residences and provision of pre-paid return postage or pickup after testing is completed.
7. All costs related to delivery, disposable items, equipment maintenance, and travel must be included in line-item pricing.

Period of Performance
Base period from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four optional one-year extensions available.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the residences of Veteran beneficiaries in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
