Background
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), specifically the Economic and Market Analysis Division (EMAD), is seeking a subscription to a dynamic real estate data and analytics database. Work Details
The contractor will provide EMAD staff and other HUD employees with online access to home sales data, which includes capabilities for querying, saving, and sharing data among user accounts. The services will also allow unlimited downloads of the data. Additionally, a project manager will be assigned to assist users with the database. The contract includes a base year for 50 licenses of the Housing Data Subscription Service, with options for four additional years, each maintaining the same number of licenses.

The contract will be performed over a base period of 12 months starting from September 26, 2026, with options for four additional 12-month periods extending through September 25, 2031.

Bidder Requirements
