Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive home country support services, which include:

- Assistance with parole and employment authorization application processes.
- Acquiring necessary documentation and actions required for country exit.
- Managing forms and actions needed for entry into the U.S.
- Collecting fingerprints.
- Scheduling interviews and appointments at the beneficiaries' nearest Embassy.
- Creating a pre-reunification travel plan.
- Booking international travel reservations.
- Facilitating special travel assistance requests.
- Conducting pre-departure briefings.
- Performing pre-embarkation health checks.
- Assisting at the airport of departure and U.S. port of entry.
- Providing beneficiaries with information on post-reunification services including behavioral health services.
- Establishing a help desk with a toll-free number for CONUS and OCONUS callers.
