The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair monolith R14 in accordance with the plans and specifications. Work includes but not limited to horizontal drilling, installing horizontal post tension anchor bars, internal pressure grouting, epoxy injection of surface cracks, installing water stops, underwater concrete placement, and dewatering the lock chamber at Holt Lock. Amendment 0001 is posted 16 May 2025 to update the Table of Contents, Bid Schedule, Explanation of Bid Schedule, and several sections within the specifications as well as drawings. The response date has been extended to 4 June 2025. Amendment 0002 posted 2 June 2025 updates the Bid Scheule, Bid Schedule Notes, Explanation of the Bid Scheudle, Section 01 00 00, Section 13 51 00.10, Section 31 68 13, and extends the response date to 10 June 2025.

Background
