Description

This requirement is for Hologic authorized tests, reagents, and supplies. During the global COVID-19 pandemic, the DoD purchased additional Panther and Panther Fusion systems that were strategically placed in Army, Air Force, and Navy medical treatment facilities (MTFs) and research facilities to augment existing diagnostic testing capabilities on Panther System platforms. Hologic authorized items are required to continue use of the Government owned analyzers for the detection of infectious diseases and future disease outbreak preparedness.

Background

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Panther and Panther-Fusion test kits, reagents, and supplies to support sexually transmitted, viral, and respiratory infectious diseases in support of MTFs and Public Health Operations throughout the DoD.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance consists of a base year plus 4 option years with performance commencing in May of 2024. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price Supply Contract.

The place of performance is 7700 Arlington Boulevard, Falls Church, DC 22042.
