Hologic Inc. ThinPrep Test Kits and Related Supplies   3

The Defense Logistics Agency - Troop Support is seeking sources capable of providing Hologic Inc. ThinPrep Test Kits and Related Supplies to support their ThinPrep 2000, ThinPrep 3000, and ThinPrep Imager Systems through the use of DLA Troop Support Medical Electronic Catalog (ECAT). Currently, Hologic testing systems reside at many of the Medical Treatment Facilities on a Cost-Per-Test and Non-Cost-Per-Test basis. Also, Hologic's test kits are specifically configured to support Hologic's testing systems employed at many of the MTFs.

All products offered must be Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved.

This procurement applies to Government facilities worldwide. The awardee will be asked to provide a Continental United States (CONUS) catalogs for Cost-Per-Test and Non-Cost-Per-Test customers and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) catalogs for Cost-Per-Test and Non-Cost-Per-Test. The awardee will also be required to develop a CONUS and OCONUS catalog for their ThinPrep Imager on a Cost-Per-Test basis. The catalogs provided must reflect a total delivered price. Total delivered price is defined as the total cost of all items inclusive of transportation and distribution costs.
