Background
The contract is issued by Fort Campbell, which has a mission to maintain operational readiness through the management of various equipment and systems.

The goal of this contract is to provide Preventive Maintenance, Inspection, and Service (PMIS), Repair, and Assessment of Overhead Hoists and Cranes, Fall Arrest Systems, and Stacker Systems to ensure safety and operational status across the installation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform PMIS; Repair; and Assessment of Overhead Hoists and Cranes; Fall Arrest Systems; and Stacker Systems.

Key tasks include:
1. Performing Preventive Maintenance Inspection Services (PMIS).
2. Marking equipment as required.
3. Implementing Lockout/Tagout procedures for safety.
4. Conducting Load Testing on relevant systems.
5. Carrying out necessary Repairs on equipment.
6. Providing Documentation/Reporting as per the standards outlined in Technical Bulletin (TB) 43-0142 for Safety Inspection and Testing of Lifting Devices.

The work will be performed at Fort Campbell, KY.
