Description

The Naval Air Systems Command awarded a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-20-G-0007 to Raytheon, McKinney, TX. This effort is for the CH-53K Helicopter Night Vision System (HNVS) AN/AQ-44A Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) repair analysis, engineering support, and repair of repairables. This effort was awarded on a sole source basis as permitted by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(2), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, authorized by Title 10, U.S.C.2304(c)(1) for other than full and open competition.
