Background
The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified contractors to provide Elevator Maintenance Services under a fixed-price contract. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the elevator systems at the consulate. The contract will consist of a base year and four one-year option periods.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for maintaining three building elevators at the U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo. This includes:
- Preventive maintenance as outlined in the scope of work.
- Providing trained elevator mechanics with appropriate tools and testing equipment for scheduled maintenance, unscheduled repairs, emergency repairs/assistance, safety inspections, and safety testing.
- Monthly checks and repairs on equipment operation.
- 24/7 emergency response service for elevator malfunctions.
- Provision of all necessary expendable items such as oil, chemicals, grease, sealant, fuses, tools, safety gear for technicians, cleaning materials, and oil spill containment kits.
- Routine maintenance scheduled during normal building hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Monday through Friday.

Period of Performance
The performance period of this contract is from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continues for 12 months with four one-year options to renew.

Place of Performance
U.S. Consulate General Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide evidence of their ability to perform the required services including past performance information. They must also provide names and biographic data of personnel who will be utilized on this contract prior to their use. Contractors are required to have appropriate licenses and permits as per local law. Additionally, contractors must ensure that their employees maintain discipline on-site and adhere to standards of conduct.
