Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this solicitation for HVAC Maintenance Services at the Ice Harbor Lock and Dam, located at 2763 Monument Drive, Burbank, WA 99323-8662. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in accordance with the manufacturer’s best practices and standards.

This is a fixed-price, performance-based service contract structured as a base plus two-year option.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Conduct annual inspections of Heat Pump 2, ensuring compliance with performance work statements (PWS).
2. Perform operational inspections of Heat Pump 2 as specified in the PWS.
3. Provide emergency call-out services on a time and materials basis when necessary.
4. Submit maintenance reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for each service performed prior to leaving the work site.
5. Notify the COR within 30 minutes of any incidents or accidents involving contractor personnel or property damage, followed by a detailed written report within one working day.
6. Attend post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings as required by the contracting activity.
