Hitachi Energy 30-nF Capacitors for Mead Sub

Background
The U.S. Department of Energy, specifically the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of Hitachi Energy 30-nF capacitors for the Mead Substation located in Boulder City, Nevada.
