Please see the attached Solicitation Amendment FA820122R000120006, and Atch 3-Section-L-Instructions Conditions and Notices to Bidders 220712 (all changes to Section L&M are in red). The change corrects Section L2.1.3.2 of Section L.

NOTICE: This is the official Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Hill Air Force Base (AFB) Paving IDIQ at Hill AFB, UT for Hill AFB and the Utah Air National Guard (UTANG).

DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish the Hill AFB Paving IDIQ which is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract covering multiple disciplines in general construction to be managed by the 75th Civil Engineering Group (CEG) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) and Utah Air National Guard Base (UTANG), Utah. Project locations may also include remote sites such as Boulder Seismic Station Pinedale, Wyoming; Little Mountain, Utah; Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR); and Carter Creek, Utah. Task Orders (TO) shall be issued under this contract to define specific project requirements.

Attached to this posting is the Solicitation and all accompanying attachments.

All current and future information concerning this effort will be posted under this solicitation number.

RESPONSES: All proposals are due no later than July 14, 2022 at 2:00 PM MST.

Government responses to previously submitted industry questions are not included with this posting, but are available in the pre-solicitation and RFI postings. Also attached to this posting is a new Q & A Matrix. Please submit any new or unanswered questions using the Q & A Matrix. All questions are due no later than June 20, 2022 at 1:00 PM MST. If questions are proprietary in nature, please indicate on the Q & A Matrix. Questions shall be sent via email to the POCs listed on this posting.
