The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) requires design-build construction services to remove and replace the roof of Area D of Building 225 (B225) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) in Utah, in accordance with terms of the contract and other attachments. Work will also include renovating office in B225.NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building ConstructionPSC: Z2BZ, Repair or Alteration of Other Airfield StructuresSBA Size Standard: $39.5 millionIn accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $25M to $100MDesign and construction shall include all civil, architectural, geotechnical, structural, utilities, landscaping, security, mechanical, electrical, demolition, and communications work to support the necessary construction. Amendment 0001 is issued to update site visit information provided in FAR Clause 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) - ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995)

Amendment 0002 is issued to post Attachment C as the original posting for Attachment C in PIEE was corrupted.

Amendment 0003 is issued change the past performance relevancy from $60M to between $25M to $80M.

Amendment 0004 is issued to change the past performance relevancy square footage (SF) from 500,000 SF to 50,000 SF or larger.

Background

The design and construction shall include all civil, architectural, geotechnical, structural, utilities, landscaping, security, mechanical, electrical, demolition, and communications work to support the necessary construction.

Work Details
The construction tasks include removing and replacing the roof of Area D of Building 225 at Hill Air Force Base in Utah and renovating office space in B225. The work involves providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation for the construction and repair of the roof and wooden deck area D at Hill Air Force Base. It also includes demolition and reconstruction of existing office space along the North-South direction in the middle of Aircraft Maintenance Hangar Building 225 area D at Hill Air Force Base.
