USACE Sacramento District is posting this solicitation and is requesting proposals for a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for Base Integrated Environmental Support Tasks (BIEST) located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Joseph Warby at Joseph.d.warby@usace.army.mil with the subject Solicitation for W91238-22-R-0011 . This acquisition is to be competed as full and open.

The subject tasks for this contract include Air Quality, Evaluation, Data Management, Hazardous Material Management and Containment Response, Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), Water Quality Evaluation, Environmental Systems Management, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Wage determinations are incorporated within the solicitation. This will be a performance-based procurement.
