Project Title: High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) System Repair Requirement
Project Location: MALMSTROM AFB

This requirement is for the High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) System Repair requirements contract at Malmstrom AFB, MT. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in which the Government intends to only award one (1) firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract under this solicitation.

Projects issued under this contract will fall under the NAICS code 238220 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00.

This will be a requirements type contract consisting of a five (5) year ordering period. This project includes constructing, maintaining, and repairing the High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) System on Malmstrom AFB. Task orders under this contract will consist of excavating, repairing, and/or replacing in their entirety, components of the installation high temperature hot water service lines, distribution lines, sump pumps, and valves.

The total aggregate amount ordered under the Repair High Temperature Hot Water System requirements contract SHALL NOT EXCEED $4,999,999.99.
