The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for HTI-92-WB Hydrophones inaccordance with the attached combined solicitation/synopsis.

This action is being solicited on a Sole Source Basis to High Tech Inc. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future.

Background

Work Details

CLIN 0001 - HTI-92-WB Hydrophone with 15 ft. Cable Length Seacon AWQ-2/24-MP, Qty. 16;
CLIN 0002 - HTI-92-WB Hydrophone with 20 ft. Cable Length Seacon AWQ-2/24-MP, Qty. 24;
CLIN 0003 - HTI-92-WB Hydrophone with 40 ft. Cable Length Seacon AWQ-2/24-MP, Qty. 16.
Required delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Naval Station Newport, RI 02841.
