Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) awarded this fixed price contract under authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(2) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency.
