High Performance Computing Modernization Program-Unrestricted II (HITS-U II)

The scope of effort includes: (1) essential DoD Supercomputing Resource Centers (DSRC) operations support, including systems integration, systems administration, network administration, cybersecurity/information assurance, facilities support, database administration, maintenance management and execution for the facility, hardware and software (2) DSRC-specific requirements, such as Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Helpdesk, Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center/Army Research Laboratory (ERDC/ARL) Data Analysis and Assessment Center (DAAC), Above Secret Computing, service agency customer requirements, ongoing outreach, (3) technology advancement for DSRCs, such as software applications or systems support and development, data analysis, technology evaluation and outreach, and (4) program management support, such as financial data and reports and process management, procurement support, inventory support. This task order will provide services to support the operations and management of four of the five DSRCs, as well as an enterprise, Cross-Centers component. NOTE: The scope of this task order currently does not include operations and management of the MHPCC DSRC, but does present as an option that may be exercised on this contract. This contract does include services that may benefit the Maui High Performance Computing Center (MHPCC). However, services take place primarily at the four HITS-U DSRCs under the support of the HPCMP and encompass the unique requirements of each center.
