The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to provide Cyber Security Support Services for the High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP). THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY, OFFER OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS NOTICE.This solicitation will be an 8(a) competitive set aside procurement. Any resulting contract will be firm-fixed priced. Offerors are advised to begin this process when they prepare their proposal to ensure registration is in place should they be selected for award.The contractor will provide the necessary expertise to provide engineering, design and development of tools and processes through the examination and establishment of new methods for cybersecurity deterrence, protection, detection, and adaptation using advanced cybersecurity assessment techniques, as well as to provide services for the evaluation of large-scale cyber data sets using advanced and predictive analytics.
