Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (MRCO-W), JBSA Fort Sam Houston TX 78234-5074 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a competitive contract for services to be performed at all MRCO-W locations. Contractor will provide High Energy Electrohydraulic Extracorporeal Therapy Devices, procedures, components for use in chronic plantar fasciitis. Trained Operators on this equipment shall be fully insured and will provide intra-operative operation of the High Energy Electrohydraulic Extracorporeal therapy machine and install, set-up and provide preventative maintenance.

The Government anticipates awarding one (1) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation, under which Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Orders will be issued. The IDIQ contract will have a 3-year ordering period: 01 October 2025 through 30 September 2028. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.5.

The solicitation number is W91YTZ-25-R-A018 and the resulting award will be made on SF Form 1449. This requirement is for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing and Product Service Code (PSC) Q520 Medical Podiatry.
