Description

The awarded Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Task Order (TO) was not awarded competitively in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). This award is a logical follow-on to a previously competed and awarded TO where all awardees under Track A of the NASA Inflatable Aerodynamic Decelerators (IAD) IDIQ Contract were given a fair opportunity.
