HIF Rapid River Warehouse H Re-roofing

Background
The U.S. Forest Service (USFS) is seeking a Purchase Order for roof repair and replacement construction services specifically for the Rapid River Ranger District located within the Hiawatha National Forest. The goal of this contract is to ensure the integrity and functionality of the roofing structures in this area, aligning with the agency's mission to manage and protect national forests.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, superintendence, and any other necessary incidentals to complete the project in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation documents. The project involves roof repair and replacement services at the HIF Rapid River Warehouse H. Key tasks include:
- Selective demolition of existing roofing materials as per Section 024119.
- Installation of new asphalt shingles as specified in Section 073113.
- Provision of temporary facilities and controls during construction as outlined in Section 015000.
- Submission of required documentation as per Section 013000.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from May 25, 2026, to October 12, 2026, with a requirement for completion of all work within 120 days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
All construction activities will take place at the Rapid River Ranger District within the Hiawatha National Forest.
