HHS - Policy and Data Analysis for ASPE - MRAS

On behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research to identify capabilities related to providing policy and data analysis support for the Offices of Behavioral Health, Disability, and Aging Policy (BHDAP), as well as Human Services Policy (HSP). This initiative aims to enhance the strategic planning and evaluation efforts within these offices by offering a flexible mechanism for quick-turnaround analyses, policy evaluations, and dissemination of findings. The work being requested involves a time and materials task order that will provide analytic and technical assistance tailored to the needs of BHDAP and HSP. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) serves as the chief advisor on policy development across several domains within HHS. ASPE's role includes leading special initiatives while coordinating evaluation activities across departments.
