HHS NIH - Application and Website Support Services - MRAS

The Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines a performance-based approach where contractors are expected to deliver results rather than adhere strictly to prescribed processes. This plan defines roles within an integrated project team tasked with monitoring contractor performance against set objectives. Contractors must employ their own quality control measures while reporting performance metrics to designated government representatives.
