The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking ongoing administrative and technical operations support for its Training Center (TC). The purpose of this solicitation is to provide services that assist the NIH TC in its administrative and technical support functions. The work involved in this requirement is administrative in nature and will take place in an office environment. The vendor will be responsible for providing a Project Manager, Lead Coordinator, Coordinators, Program Support Specialist, Technical Support Specialists, Media Content and Web Specialist, Assistant, and Administrative Role to support the NIH TC. The vendor will be evaluated based on performance measures such as training compliance, security compliance, timeliness of deliverables, contractor personnel performance, contractor management performance, and availability.

The period of performance for this contract is not specified, but the place of performance is expected to be at the NIH TC in the DC Metro area. Contractors are expected to work on-site unless otherwise instructed as part of their duties. There may be circumstances where contractors may need to telework either partially or for a full day with approval from the NIH. The vendor is required to provide a replacement contractor employee if a contractor employee is absent for an extended period. A transition plan must be provided by the vendor to ensure a seamless transition of services.

The government will provide certain furnished property including space, utilities, workstations, phones and service, computers and setup/maintenance, copiers, printers, office furniture, LAN, internet access, and electronic mail service necessary for performing the requirements of this contract. The vendor will also have access to NIH mail services and offsite parking for contractor employees.

Overall, this opportunity provides an ongoing contract for administrative and technical support services at the NIH Training Center. The vendor will be responsible for providing various personnel to support the administrative functions of the TC. Evaluation will be based on performance measures related to training compliance, security compliance, timeliness of deliverables, contractor personnel performance, and contractor management performance.
