The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking ongoing administrative and technical operations support for the NIH Training Center (TC). The purpose of this solicitation is to provide services to assist the NIH TC in its administrative and technical support functions. The work involved in this requirement is administrative in nature and will take place in an office environment. The vendor will be responsible for providing a Project Manager, Lead Coordinator, Coordinator, Program Support Specialist, Technical Support Specialists (Senior and Junior), Media Content and Web Specialist, Assistant, and Administrative Role.

The Project Manager will provide day-to-day operational support and assistance to the NIH TC while managing the contracted staff. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining monitoring processes for the team's performance, generating reports, attending meetings, supporting special projects, and acting as a liaison between the NIH TC and the contracting company.

The Lead Coordinator will provide support and assistance to the NIH TC, acting as a backup for the Project Manager when needed. They will assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining reports, managing databases, updating staff members on program changes, and performing general administrative duties.

The Coordinator position requires four full-time resources to support federal staff in executing various activities. Their responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, performing transactions in the NIH systems, forwarding confirmations to enrolled students, creating documentation, and providing general administrative support.

The Technical Support Specialists (Senior and Junior) will provide technical support to the TC NIH. Their tasks include supporting technical or virtual platform set up, troubleshooting software/hardware issues, providing video and teleconference equipment support, and performing other ad-hoc desktop support needs.

The Media Content and Web Specialist will oversee the NIH website by editing and updating content using Drupal. They will also create forms and surveys, provide technical and administrative support for web-based projects, ensure compliance with accessibility standards, and provide graphical design support.

The Assistant will provide customer service support as the first point of contact for inquiries, process mail, and perform general administrative duties.

The Administrative Role will assist in the support of ad-hoc initiatives, manage parking and access cards, coordinate facility meetings, maintain organizational charts and contact lists, and provide onboarding/off-boarding support.

The place of performance for these services is primarily on-site at the NIH Training Center in the DC Metro area. However, there may be circumstances where contractors may need to telework partially or full-time.

The contract will be a firm-fixed-price arrangement, and the vendor is required to provide a replacement contractor employee if needed. The transition plan should address how current services will be seamlessly transitioned, including staffing, knowledge transfer, and schedule.

Overall, this opportunity provides a comprehensive range of administrative and technical support services to the NIH Training Center to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of training programs.
