HHS Learning Portal: NIH Technical and Functional Support

HHS Learning Portal" is the name given to HHS's enterprise learning management system also known as the "LMS". The LMS is an HHS enterprise-wide system intended to be a "one-stop-shop" for all HHS employees to manage their training needs. This system is the training system of record for HHS and its purpose is to standardize training registrations and tracking across HHS. NIH is seeking a vendor that will be capable of maintaining primary responsibility for implementing the LMS across NIH; both functional and technical assistance for the LMS. This assistance will be used to provide technical and functional support the Project Team as they continue to provide support to NIH, train NIH personnel to use the LMS, and advise NIH personnel on functionality of the system.
