HHS/IHS HP Enterprise Color MFP 5800ZF Office Printers

Background
The contract is issued by the Indian Health Service (IHS) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide essential office equipment for the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center. The goal is to replace outdated HP printers that are no longer supported, ensuring that both administrative and clinical needs are met efficiently.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver twelve (12) HP Enterprise Color MFP 5800zf office printers. These printers must be brand new; refurbished models will not be accepted. Specifications include:
- Functions: Print, copy, scan, fax
- Print Speed: Up to 45 pages per minute (ppm) for both black and color
- First page out time: Black in 6.7 seconds, Color in 7.3 seconds
- Resolution: Up to 1200 x 1200 dpi for both black and color
- Monthly duty cycle: Up to 80,000 pages
- Recommended monthly page volume: 2000 to 10000 pages
- Display: 10.1 inch Color Graphic Display with touchscreen.

Replacement cartridges include various models with page yields ranging from approximately 3,000 to 18,000 pages depending on the color and type of cartridge.

Estimated delivery between February 02, 2026 – March 02, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must meet the definition of an 'Indian Economic Enterprise' as per HHSAR 326.601 in response to this solicitation. Additionally, bidders must complete the IHS IEE Representation Form dated January 2022.
