HHS - FY26 HHS Microsoft BPA Enterprise License Agreement - MRAS

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA), is seeking to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to consolidate multiple Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) for Microsoft products and services across its various Operational Divisions (OpDivs) and Staff Divisions (StaffDivs).
