The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide management, supervision, administration, and labor for the maintenance and administration of the CMS Administrative Simplification Enforcement and Tool Testing (ASETT). The vendors will also support CMS in enforcing compliance with HIPAA regulations. The services will be provided in Baltimore, Maryland. The procurement falls under the NAICS code 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services and 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.

This is a sources sought notice and not a request for proposal. Interested vendors must have experience with HIPAA adopted standards, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, technical expertise to administer and maintain the CMS enforcement tool, experience with conducting HIPAA compliance audits, and Fed Ramp approval. Vendors must also have experience with the Salesforce platform. Small businesses, including small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and HUBZone small businesses are encouraged to respond.
