The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is conducting market research to identify potential vendors capable of providing management, supervision, administration, and labor for the maintenance and administration of the CMS Administrative Simplification Enforcement and Tool Testing (ASETT). The purpose of this program is to enforce compliance with HIPAA regulations related to transaction standards, code sets, unique identifiers, and operating rules. The selected vendor will also be responsible for conducting HIPAA compliance audits and assessing civil money penalties for non-compliance. The work will be performed in Baltimore, Maryland, and the applicable NAICS codes are 541512 and 541990.

This opportunity is currently in the 8(a) program, meaning that all categories of small businesses are invited to submit a response.
