HHS CDC - State and Community Health Media Center - MRAS

This online repository offers free or low-cost advertising and marketing materials developed by state and local health departments, nonprofit organizations, and federal agencies. The SCHMC serves as a valuable tool for public health partners nationwide, providing technical assistance to ensure that materials are selected and utilized effectively in various settings such as child care centers, schools, workplaces, healthcare facilities, urban areas, and rural communities.

The work requested involves supporting daily operations of the Media Center by managing its online database of advertisements and materials while handling user requests efficiently. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining existing assets such as advertisements, photos, or educational materials while introducing new ones as needed. Additionally, they will ensure high user satisfaction by adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the contract period. This task order requires coordination with an IT contractor due to the complex nature of the systems involved in hosting web applications that comprise both a public-facing site for users to access resources and an administrative site for operational management.
