HHS/CDC - DTBE Informatics Support - MRAS

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking support for various projects within the Division of TB Elimination (DTBE). The primary purpose of this task order is to provide public health analysis and management support, software engineering, IT support, computer programming, systems analysis, testing, technical writing, training, data management, biostatistical analysis, task management, and user support to DTBE for existing and newly developed software programs related to the mission of DTBE. The work will be divided into five projects:

1. General Communications Data Support: This project aims to support the communications activities within the Communications, Education, and Behavioral Studies Branch (CEBSB) of DTBE. Tasks include enhancing and maintaining websites, social media communications, and SharePoint sites.

2. Surveillance Activities Data Support: This project supports surveillance activities within the Surveillance, Epidemiology and Outbreak Investigations Branch (SEOIB) and the Data Management, Statistics and Evaluation Branch (DMSEB) of DTBE. Tasks include maintaining and supporting various surveillance systems such as the National TB Surveillance System (NTSS), National TB Indicators Project (NTIP), TB Genotyping Information Management System (TB-GIMS), and National Tuberculosis Latent Infection Sentinel Surveillance (TBLISS).

3. Tuberculosis Epidemiologic Studies Data Support: This project involves supporting data collection, management, quality control, and analysis activities for epidemiologic studies within the SEOIB of DTBE. The contractor will work with CDC's Enterprise Data Analytics and Visualization Platform to analyze large datasets using tools such as Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL, GitHub, R Studio, Power BI, Socrata, and Tableau.

4. Tuberculosis Trials Consortium Data Support: This project supports the TBTC's Data Coordinating Center (DCC) within DTBE's Clinical Research Branch (CRB). The contractor will provide support for web-based study data and operations management systems, including development, enhancement, and maintenance.

5. Laboratory Branch Data Support: This project involves supporting data management, analysis, and analytic tools for the Laboratory Branch. The contractor will create and maintain SQL databases, assist with bioinformatic analysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis sequencing data, and provide technical assistance to users.
