The U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (USPHS) is seeking personnel and payroll services for officers of the Commissioned Corps. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is looking to consolidate its personnel, human resources, readiness, deployment, and payroll functions into a single administrative platform.
