The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is seeking a contractor to provide project management and administration of the OAW Survey of Resettled Afghans on behalf of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The purpose of the survey is to collect data on the well-being, integration outcomes, and progress towards self-sufficiency of Afghan families who arrived in the United States under the Operation Allies Welcome (OAW) program. The contractor will be responsible for tasks such as developing survey administration materials, conducting respondent tracing, administering the survey, and producing data files and technical documentation. The survey will be conducted via telephone interviews in Dari, Pashto, and English. The contractor will also be required to develop a communication plan to disseminate information about the survey to relevant stakeholders.

The timeframe for this acquisition is expected to be 22 May 2023. The place of performance for this contract is not specified in the summary. However, it can be assumed that the contractor will need to have access to resources and personnel capable of conducting telephone interviews in Dari, Pashto, and English.
