The purchase agency for this opportunity is the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), specifically the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE). The purpose of this project is to develop and test program approaches and/or staff training supports that Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) programs can use to address intimate partner violence (IPV) and teen dating violence (TDV) in their contexts.
