Hexagon New River Kinematics Spatial Analyzer Software Renewal and New Licenses

Background
The Government intends to issue a sole source order to Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Inc., the sole authorized reseller of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Inc. products. This contract is aimed at procuring brand-name, commercial, proprietary Hexagon SpatialAnalyzer software for use at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS), Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF), and Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY).

The goal is to ensure that these naval shipyards have access to the necessary software to support their operations effectively.

The contract includes the following supplies/services:
- **Item 0001**: 15 Each of Hexagon SW for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Manufacturer Part Number: SA UL+ EXT.
- **Item 0002**: 25 Each of Hexagon SW for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. Manufacturer Part Number: SA UL+ EXT.
- **Item 0003**: 1 Each of Hexagon SW for Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Manufacturer Part Number: SA GRP LIC EXT.
- **Item 0004**: 16 Each of Hexagon SW for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (Master Group Network License valid for 16 Nodes). Manufacturer Part Number: SA GRP UL NTWK EXT.
- **Item 0005**: 6 Each of Hexagon SW for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (SA Group Licenses). Manufacturer Part Number: SA GRP UL EXT.

All items are firm-fixed-price (FFP) and will be delivered FOB Destination.

Period of Performance
August 27, 2026, to August 26, 2027.

Place of Performance
Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME; Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF in Hickam AFB, HI; Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized resellers of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence products. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.
