Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to provide herbicide application services at 17 sites in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. The contract will be for a base year, with four option years, exercisable by the Government.

NOTE: Attachment A in the solicitation is All of the Maps attached to this posting.

The contractor, all of his/her employees, and any subcontractors performing any of the work under this contract shall
possess a valid state commercial herbicide applicator's license for the state in which work is being performed and
shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations applicable to the contract work and to the
products and materials used by the contractor in performing that work. In addition, a license for right-of-way as well
as aquatic applications is required. Evidence of such licensing shall be submitted with the "Application Plan"

Submittals Due with Quote:
1. Work schedule, Application Plan, and Spill Control Plan.
2. Certificate of Liability Insurance.
3. Contractor qualifications/experience.

The contract is being awarded on the basis of best value, where technical merits of the plan and past performance are
more important than price.

OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to
include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation.

Size Standard: $8 million

Quotes must be RECEIVED no later than the Offer Due Date/Time listed in the FBO.gov solicitation posting.
