Amendment #2 was done to add site visit information and extend due date, please see attached amendment and conformed copy to amendment #2.

An amendment was done to this solicitation to change the Set Aside from 100% 8(A) to 100% Small Business. See attached.

The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, supervision, supplies, materials, parts, components, equipment, tools, and transportation to perform preventative maintenance and repair services for government owned two (2) Hendricks Industrial Horizontal Beam Saws. Maintenance will be performed at MCB Camp Pendleton, CA, PPP&M Building 2246, 1st Supply Bn, 1st Supply Co. Repairs will be conducted as required.

Background
The solicitation amendment #2 was issued to change the Set Aside from 100% 8(A) to 100% Small Business. The contractor is required to provide all qualified personnel, supervision, supplies, materials, parts, components, equipment, tools, and transportation to perform preventative maintenance and repair services for government-owned two (2) Hendricks Industrial Horizontal Beam Saws at MCB Camp Pendleton, CA.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform preventative maintenance and necessary repair services every four (4) months for the government-owned two (2) Industrial Horizontal Beam Saws. The tasks include inspection, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, testing, and the replacement of parts to ensure equipment is operational per the manufacturer’s specifications. The contractor shall also be familiar with and perform service on specific equipment models. Additionally, the contractor shall provide a maintenance schedule and a one-year warranty covering any completed repairs, parts, and labor during the period of performance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 25th September 2023 to 24th September 2028.

Place of Performance
The maintenance will be performed at MCB Camp Pendleton, CA.
