Description

Small local government, Suffolk County Government is seeking vendor sources for a Help Desk (HD) Outsource project. We are seeking remote assistance but possibly onsite. We envision a HD agent answering the HD line and opening tickets in our ITIL system along with basic troubleshooting and resolution. It can be between 3000-10000 users. Currently we are supporting 3000 users within our department (Information Technology) but this can expand if other departments decide to use the service as well.
