HELENA LEWIS AND CLARK NF - Willow Creek Pasture Fence Replacement   2

The contractor with remove approximately 3 miles of barbed wire fence and replace with new materials provided by the government. The new fence will be 4 strand with the top 3 strands being barbed wire and the bottom strand being smooth wire. Metal t-posts will be alternated with a wood post every 4th post. All line and corner braces will be of metal pipe and constructed using the Keyhole brace system provided by the government. Some areas will require clearing trees and brush to remove and construct new fence.

The solicitation number 1240LN22Q0069 on the SF-18 is correct. The number 1240LN22Q0068 in the header of the pages following is incorrect.

On Page 8, Item D should read 2 3/8" diameter, not 2 7/8"

On Page 9 under Item G "Spacing for line posts shall be as shown on the drawings." is removed and under Item I, "(see exhibit A)" is removed.
