Heavy Equipment Rental IDIQ   2

The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price, contract for Heavy Equipment Rental.

This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) and the solicitation number for this requirement is FA2823-18-R-4003. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 532412, with a size standard of $32.5M. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. There will be no advance payments. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items and provision 252.209-7999, Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law, and 52.222-52, Exemption From Application of the Service Contract Labor Standards to Contracts for Certain Services Certification with their offer.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective 24 Jan 2018, DFAR DPN 20180418 effective 20 April 2018, and AFFAR AFAC 2017-1003 effective 03 Oct 2017.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The contractor shall provide leasing and maintenance of Heavy Construction Equipment.

Leasing and maintenance of Heavy Construction Equipment listed in Attachment 3, Price Schedule, and as specified in resulting delivery orders. Services IAW Statement of Work dated 9 March 2018. The vendor will supply all equipment, tools, materials, parts and maintenance/ repair support necessary. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 1 July 2018 - 30 June 2023.

THE FOLLOWING ARE CONSIDERED REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

1. Complete the Blocks 12, 17a, 30 a-c on the Standard Form (SF) 1449. An authorized official of the firm must sign and date the SF 1449 in Block 30 a-c.

2. Completion of Attachment 3, Equipment Price Schedule.

3. All Representations, Certifications, and Acknowledgments executed as set forth in this RFP. Offeror shall also include Data Universal Numbering system (DUNS), Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE) as well as Remittance Address if different from offeror's address.

4. Acknowledgement of all amendments issued. Sign, acknowledge, and submit the original amendment for all amendments issued with the Offer.

5.
