The following is a listing of questions raised by industry and the responses provided by the Government. The changes have been deleted from Exhibit D removing building L1001. Background
The performance work statement (PWS) is for healthcare environmental cleaning and related services at Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC), Fort Jackson, SC and multiple medical treatment facilities (MTFs) in the health service area (HSA) of MAHC. The agency issuing the contract is Moncrief Army Health Clinic, which is located on Fort Jackson, SC, and is part of a military installation adjacent to Columbia. The clinic complex covers 389,021 square feet and consists of a twelve-story clinic with an attached MRI building.

The multiple MTFs in the HSA of MAHC consist of various clinics and services including dental clinics, audiology building, veterinary clinic, optical lab building, wellness building, and others. The objective of the contract is to provide healthcare environmental cleaning services that prioritize infection control while optimizing cleaning practices in support of MAHC’s mission of providing quality healthcare in safe, hygienic, and aesthetically-pleasing MTFs.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform healthcare environmental cleaning and related services in support of various buildings within the Moncrief Army Health Clinic and its associated medical treatment facilities. This includes tasks such as phase-in services, healthcare environmental cleaning for specific buildings such as physical exam stations, dental clinics, audio testing clinics, optical labs, veterinary administration buildings, wellness centers, medical clinics, and others. The ordering period for these services is from 1 August 2023 through 31 May 2028. The contractor shall also provide regulated medical waste (RMW) services, linen services, attend a post-award conference, and provide deliverables as per the PWS.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for the contract is from 1 June 2023 through 31 May 2028.

The contract will be performed at Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC), Fort Jackson, SC.
