Background
The Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps) is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to obtain professional administrative support services for its healthcare program.

This BPA will serve various subgroups within AmeriCorps, including AmeriCorps NCCC, AmeriCorps VISTA, FEMA Corps, and Forest Corps. The goal is to enhance the management of healthcare benefits for AmeriCorps members who engage in national service, thereby improving their access to necessary health services while they serve.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide a range of services including:
1. Customer service in multiple languages (at least English and Spanish) with qualified staff knowledgeable in healthcare and the Affordable Care Act.
2. Access for AmeriCorps members to a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) network across the U.S., including territories.
3. A pharmacy network with optional mail-order prescription services.
4. Telehealth services covering medical and mental health needs.
5. Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
6. Processing and payment of claims, including negotiation for high-value claims.
7. Coordination of medical and pharmacy benefits.
8. A fully compliant Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) information system with an Authority to Operate (ATO).
9. Ongoing support for member inquiries regarding healthcare coverage and claims processes.

Period of Performance
The BPA will have a base period of 12 months with four additional 12-month option periods, starting from the award date.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed remotely from any location within the United States and its territories.
