The purpose of this RFQ, entitled "Health Equity Accelerator to Achieve Maximum Health, Health Care Access, and Health Care Quality for All Individuals Served by CMS' Programs" is to provide The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) with quantitative and qualitative research to generate insights that can inform action to support CMS's Office of Minority Health (OMH)'s vision, i.e. that all individuals who are served by CMS's programs Medicare, Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Health Insurance Marketplaces have achieved their highest level of health and well-being possible, and that all disparities in health, health care access, and health care quality have been eliminated.
